TEFL

The English Access TEFL course consists of the following sections:

  • TEFL/TESOL methodology and approaches
  • Presentation, practice & correction of language
  • Testing language as communication
  • Lesson planning & classroom management
  • Teaching using music, games & drama
  • Using textbooks & ELT materials
  • Teacher development
  • Lesson observation & teaching practice
  • Roles of teacher & student.

On completion of the course, students will be required to submit a grammar assignment and do a practical teaching examination. Since English Access is a fully fledged English school, course participants will be able to observe and practice their skills on real students. Successful candidates will receive a TEFL certificate, which will give them the confidence and credibility to find employment locally and overseas.

Morning Course
Four Weeks:

Monday to Friday  - 09:00 - 13:00

 

Cost

Evening Course
Four Weeks:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings  - 18:00 - 21:00

Saturdays (Teaching Practicals) 09:00 – 16:00
