SANDTON

English Access is situated in Sandton, which is the financial centre of Africa. It is well known as the richest square mile in Africa. Most major financial institutions have set up headquarters in Sandton. It is also home to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). Major local and international events are held at the Sandton Convention Centre.

The school is surrounded by an abundance of shopping centres which includes Montecasino and Sandton City, also complemented by the now famous Mandela Square - hosting some excellent restaurants. Other things to do in Sandton include visiting the beautiful Bird Park at Montecasino - a home to many exotic birds - and the Lion Park, which is about twenty minutes drive from the school. Cinemas are also just around the corner.
